they seem to stereotype me because of being a cuacasian girl and alot of people say that i come of as soewhat snobby and closed minded but in reality i am one of the most openminded people you will meet.
how can i come off as more open to all races including the latino race? because i come to find people of different ethnicities some of the most amazing people.

Just be yourself. You shouldn't change yourself for anyone. If you want people to know that you're interested in other cultures, do research. Nothing major, but just a little bit so you can have something to ask your next spicy crush, lol. For instance, ask him if his parents cook traditional Hispanic food at home. Tell him that you love the flavors of Latin food. He'll probably tell you his favorite food, and before you know it, you'll be at his house for dinner and talking about other things, lol.

Be friendly, be yourself.
Chemistry works both ways, you may be attracted to them, but they may be attracted to someone else. Chemistry is a wonderful tool.
Try not to turn them on, and they will be more attracted to you if you just hold back and want to be friends first.
