I got a flat tire earlier. I jacked it, took all the nuts(?) off and everything, but it won't come off. I've been spraying it with WD-40 but it still won't budge. Any suggestions?

well i worked at many a tire shop and have a few suggestions. first would be a hammer on the backisde of the tire on the tire right before the rim(the bead). DONT HIT THE RIM :). if your still having problem get a sledge hammer and use it on the tire( in the same spot as before) and avoid hitting the rim as it may destroy it.either way this is how ive always gotten them off. Good luck if this doesnt work ill figure out some others that might work

I've had this with the back wheels on a 3 series BMW. In the end I used a plastic dead blow hammer and beat the hell out of the back of the tire as I rolled it round. Eventually it came loose.

Kicking a car that is jacked up is not a good idea, and it certainly didn't help with my friend's car. Fortunately that was on jack stands.

I considered putting the wheel bolts in loose and driving it around for two minutes, fortunately I didn't get to find out how stupid and dangerous that could have been.

Use a large hammer and beat it different places around the rim, and it should pop loose. This is only good if you have steel rims, otherwise you will damage the soft metal of some alloy rims. You should use a large deadblow (sand filled) hammer on these types.

A product from the truck stop repair garage. Ask them.
I know they have some kind of a spray, then use a flat pick axe to break the bead.

Just give it a whack with the your heel on the rubber, that should break loose whatever is causing it to stick. If you don't want to chance your foot whack it with the end of a two-by-four. Good luck.

You will have to crawl under JUST A BIT (caution) and KICK it hard. It'll come off.

Good Luck
