my face was irritated by something i was allegry to and it caused my skin to peel. Now the area that has peeled.. is pinkish and veryitchy.. and it gets irritated very easily with red bumps. why is this, and what should i do for my face to heal? what lotion should i use and should i use makeup to cover it up when im out?

use a lotion with no perfume in it for now and get to a dermatologist FAST!!

Do you wear glasses? That happened to me once when the outer paint on my frames had rubbed off over time...I got a rash and it turned out I am allergic to nickel. Have you been using a new product that would touch your face, or have you taken a new drug?
I think you need to take some benedryl orally and also and rub some benadryl cream or cortizone cream on the area, as often as you can per the instructions. I would skip the lotion but once the cream is dry, put foundation over it to cover. Good luck!

you shud never use make up 2 cover the area. if at all you want 2 den u shud apply a very mild mosturizing cream , leave it on for 15 - 20 mins and then apply least make up. ur skin is getting allergic so its nothing wrong u dont need 2 worry. juss try and apply good quality mosturizing cream wenever possible

umm.dont use makeup..cus it will irritate the damaged skin..use like a a cream that protect the skin...n it shud be like smooth so it wont be like bumby
