No, most people have no idea that such thing exists. I grew up in a home with a bidiet, but never used it. I prefer a complete shower!!!

No need for them. We shower or bathe at least once a day.
We find the idea of cleansing just one part of the body...odd.

No we use feminine hygiene spray and/or cloths. Also, douche (which does not mean 'shower' as it does in French). It's an internal cleansing process.
