Hi. What picture are you reffering to? Is it the one that's animating and is about "Red Blood Cells"? If it is, that animation is not a picture file. It is a Flash movie file. So you cannot save it using the usual 'right click and save as" command.

If you need to download it, right click the above url and click "Save target as" (if you're using Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As" (If you're using Firefox).

The link is http://www.sicklecelldisease.org/flash/sickled_cell.swf . It is a Flash animation, (not an animated .gif file).

that is a macromedia flash animation.. you need to get permission to use it and then let them send it to you.
