In what aspect?
The US and Russia are considered by some to still be Super Powers so Brazil is out.
The US and Brazil are in the Americas, so Russia is out.
And, like others have said, US is an abbreviation, so it is out.

Russia doesnt belong. Its not in the western hemisphere. The US and Brazil both are.
