i have had what looks to be like white CLEAR skin peelings off the bottem of my nails how can i get it off?

its just your cuticles no fears. my nail lady tells me not to cut the cuticles off because they are there for some reason or another im not to sure why. but you can push them up into the nailbed(towards the finger) or cut them but if you do cut them be careful not to cut too high because when they start to bleed, they bleed good.

I agree with "soccerbab". You shouldn't cut them, it'll only make your problem worse and they may go back thicker. I suggest that you just push them back with a cuticle pusher (you can find them in any drug store- I prefer Revlon). Good luck!
