I left the player on last night with the computer. I thought it was recharging.

Well, in the morning, I found the computer turned off, and the player turned off as well, when the switch of it was turned on!

It doesn't seem to work now, in that it won't turn on.

Can anyone help?

Also, does a player recharge while it's turned ON, or OFF, when it's hooked into the USB port?

It recharges best when it is plugged in (with the USB) and turned off. Otherwise, when the computer turns off, the player stays running all night long until it is dead, because when the computer turns off there is no power going through the USB cable to the mp3 player. It would be even better if the computer were able to stay on to make sure there is a lot of time for the player to charge. Maybe disabling the sleep mode for just one night or charging during the day when the computer is being used might help.

I had this challenge with a cheap mp3 from Argos. I slowly were given worse, first it wouldnt placed all my chosen songs on, then it might in basic terms go 4% on first music, now it wont even activate! i'd were incorrect, yet i purchased a clean one, a more effective straightforward make. If its the type of an ipod(as yousay), is the organization focusing more effective on type than maintainabitility?
