my tragus hurt a LOT. that's that flap in your ear, by the ear canal. but i would assume nipple/genital piercings would hurt a lot too!!

Actually it had been said that a woman will orgasm when their clit is pierced but honestly I believe the most painful piercing would be the little thing that sticks off your face into your ear. Dont remember what it is calledbut it is thick cartlidge.

Definately top of ear. I had mine done 7 years ago, and sometimes I get up in pain from lying on it. I can barely lift my headoff the pillow. The cartilage is no joke.

With my experience, and I have a few, nipples are the most pain full. even more than the industrial I have that got pierced through cartilage in my ear.

I've had my nipples and nose pierced and I'll tell you from experience, nose hurts worse.

I have my nipples and belly button and i thought the belly button hurt worst.

I think genital or nipple piercings would definately hurt the most!!
