I have this month and it's been horrible! And then I stretch and twist trying to make it better and it only got worse. Ugh! At least I'm not alone.

YES! I tend to get more back ache than belly ache. Periods suck. They can be very creative in causing pain and suffering.
However if there is something unusual going on eg pain or bleeding that is different from normal - check it out with a doctor. It could be something more serious, such as a cyst, ectopic pregnancy, etc.

I did! I've had a full hysterectomy back when I was 45. It's in the lower back because that's where your uterus is. Just like one can feel cramps in the lower abdominal region.

Absolutely. I also experience sciatica (pain that shoots from the buttocks down the back of the leg), and nightmares, along with a host of other things. I was assured by my chiropractor that none of those things are uncommon

YES!!! You should try Midol Menstrual Complete Maximum Strength. It's for Cramps, bloating, fatigue, backache, headache, everything. If that doesn't work, maybe you should consider seeing a Physician or Gynocologist.
