Okay, first of all, you don't need to have an arabic girl. That is sortof racist against everyone else. Second, this is not yahoo personals. Three, your only fourteen, you should be concentrating on school.

honey u have the right to fall in love at any age, school isnt everything, and u are never a racist to love an arab girl (i'm an arab too, but i'm 11 years older than u;) so here is my advice
first of all u have to concentrate on her actions, to make sure that ur chance is higher than 50%, u dont have to be 100% sure but at least u need to feel that she likes u a bit.
rule no.1, u have to be very self confident, girls dont like weak boys.
why dont u ask her to go do anything with u (not on a date) like shop for a specific thing, watch a movie u both want to watch...etc
choose anything that u two have in common and suggest u do it together, then when u feel she is willing to be with u, ask her on a date and tell her how u feel.

Be polite, friendly and respectful. Telling her how you feel might be embarrasing for you and for her. Just make friends and be nice. She will understand.
