more so than a president who is pressured by the other party controlling both Houses?
A president who does not have his party controlling most of Congress is limited more in what he can do. Bush hasn't had to worry about this though.
Our Congress gives into just about every one of our president's demands.
Just for the record, Clinton's Congress was predominantly republican starting in 1994.

Honestly I don't think it matters with President Bush, liberals blame him for everything anyway.

Yes he should be held accountable for his own mistakes, and or successes; this goes for gop's and Dem's. In the end each president really has their own say.

the president is a figure head, if he were to control both congress and senate, he'd be a dictator.
