many (large) companies will pay at least something for you to go back to school. usually you a) have to work there a while first, and b) commit to working there a while afterwards.

if you're looking for a job now, that's a good question to ask in the interview - what kind of tuition reimbursement program do they have?

Be real.
If you have a job already while in the 4-year University Program, tell your HR Staffing Clerk. This means if you have more than TWO Years experience, even something different from your degree. The degree does not and never did guarantee a job. What ever pays the bills...facts of life after 25 years of age.

tell me why as an employer should i pay for your education?
will you work for me to repay your costs ? can you bring in enough value to cover your costs?
stop being a free loading entitlement brat. Get a back bone (use a broom if needed) get work for your education costs. stop trying to suckle you're old enough to get your own.
