Are the Republicans running some sort of kinky club? First Foley, now bush-buddy Ted Haggard. You don't resign that quickly if you are innocent or even guilty and think you can beat the rap. What the heck has the Skull and Bones saddled us with?

I'm starting to wonder if that story out of Austin a couple of years ago linking GWB with a dying male prostitute called just "Danny" might not have been so outrageous after all.

I don't celebrate the failings of even those who stand on the opposite side of issues I consider important, such as marriage rights for gay citizens, but it wouldn't surprise me to find that Rev. Haggard is a hypocrite. At the moment, he's simply stepped down, accused of hypocrisy. I will consider him innocent until he admits it himself or the investigation concludes that the allegations are true.

I THINK THAT HAGGARD IS JUST PART OF THE MORAL DECAY OF HUMANITY PERIOD! THERE ARE PEOPLE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ISLE THAT MAKE ME PUKE! AS FAR AS A PASTOR AND EVANGELICAL LEADER HE IS THE WORST ! MANY CHRISTIANS HAVE GIVEN UP ON THEIR SO CALLED LEADERS BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST MAN! I AM A CHRISTIAN BUT DON'T APPROVE OF ORGANIZED RELIGION BE IT PROTESTANT OR CATHOLIC! I JUST CHOOSE TO PUT MY TRUST IN THE WORD VERSUS SUM SCUM BAG THAT SPEWS IT,AND IS A HYPOCRITE! THEY HAVE BEEN MORE DESTRUCTIVE TO THE CHURCH AND WHAT IT REPRESENTS THAN THE PEOPLE WHO FOLLOW!

well at this point he has admitted doing some wrong
BUT to the guy a few above who called him a "scum bag" and used that to tell why he hated organized religion--- If you really believe the bible then you have to admit that you are just as big a scum bag as he is and so is everyone else. We are all perverts , sexually and otherwise accoring to scripture. You are'nt any better, you just don't see your sin. And that may be worse.
