In your opinion, what makes certain people's eyes attractive? As in color, shape, size, etc.
i love blue eyes. mm

Well there is this guy and he is an african american just like me, but he has these green eyes and I am actually off of this guy, I think I am begining to stalk him cause i know if he had brown eyes he would be just like the rest of the boys to me. But to me I think the color of the eyes make them attractive, I love hazel,blue and green eyes the most! But I also think that the size and shape both can be a factor in the attractivness of the eyes, to me I think larger eyes are cute and almond shaped ones! I also like guys with long eye lashes and guy with good eye brows, not arched though!

It is the color & the shape. The number one thing that makes a face look good is symmetry (the correct distance & balace between things). It it what people look for in life & patterns that they find attractive.
People were asked to judge faces on a monitor & 86% all rated the same symmetrical faces as attrative. Then another group was asked to use a program to create an attractive face and the outcome was the same.
To see if this was from birth, adults with symmetrical judged faces & those that were not, were put in front of 16 week old babies. The babies looked at the symmetrical faces almost 10 times longer then those without (skin color had no effect).

blue eyes are really pretty, but it's the way people look back. If it looks cold, blue can be so chilly and cold in spirit. Blue is very common too, so I look at the shades of blue as differentiating characteristics. Some blue eyes are dark blue and that is so pretty.
Brown eyes always seem inviting, no matter the range of darkness.
Green eyes always intrigue me. I don't see it as much, but it is so pretty.
I've seen light green eyes and it is also very interesting.
Eye color is determined by the number of pigments (melanocytes) that we've got in the irises. If you have blue eyes, you have almost no pigments there. If you've got green or light brown/hazel/or the like you've got a few scattered pigments. If you have brown eyes,you've got the most pigments.
The eye colors are really interesting.. But as others have said before me, it is really the warmth of the person that really determine if I like the eyes, no matter what color or size.
I've got medium size to large eyes, and I am thankful for that, but they're brown. I do not like my eyes any less than the lighter hues. It fits my face and it looks good, so I don't really rank the eye colors in reference to me, but in general, I'd say the green eyes are the most exotic looking.
I've seen gorgeous blue eyes on a not too good looking woman who obviously didn't take care of her looks, so I really look at the person as a whole, rather than the isolated, "eye color".
If you have blue eyes, blue eyeshadow makes it seem redundant and unnecessary. Try smoky brown.. It looks sexy.
It you've got brown eyes, try purple. It looks great.
Green eye--hmm.. pinkish hues/mauve to brown? That will look nice and really exotic.

The love, empathy, and spirit of the person whose head they are in.
Some eyes are arresting... startling... but if there is no substance behind them, nothing in the world can make them pretty or beautiful.
I mean... I don't think I've ever seen UGLY eyes, if colour, shape, and size are the only factors...

here I am gonna boast about myself a little bit (sorry). I think my eyes are the only beautiful part of my face (my mom and almost everybody says so, I cant disagree). There are dark brown but I have long-black eyelashes and my eyes are also pretty big, so they kind of stand out, I mean makes my face look prettier and thanks to god for that because other then my eyes my face is an average one.
I think everybody has beautiful eyes and the more one smiles, the more their eyes brighten up and look good. Any color ranging from brown, green to violet can look equally beautiful. For example I like Lindsay lohan's eyes when her hair is black, because that black hair color adds that shine and bigness in her eyes. SO I guess its all about contrasting and make up techniques but most of all a smiling face.

LOOKING IN THE SAME DIRECTION is a start, colour is not as important with the advent of colured contacts its difficult to know a persons genuine colour.
I like big brown eyes,or deep green eyes mine are blue so i suppose its opposites that attracts. they do say that the eyes are the windows to the soul . LF

It could be many things - shape, color, lashes, expression.
Personally - I love eyes that are very expressive. Color and shape don't matter so much - but if they have that playful twinkle,
it's over for me - I'm hooked.

Brown, blue, green, grey, whatever color they are? They are most beautiful, when they belong to someone in love, or someone who has love in their heart.
