I love Christmas, because of family and friends
and lots of love, and gifts. But, I don't like the way Christmas has become such a commercial holiday.
New Year's is a time of hope, and I really love the
TV specials and the traditional Dick Clark Countdown.

I prefer Christmas. I don't need an excuse to drink. In fact, I like to drink on Christmas day.

I like both, because I can drink on both days, but New Years is more of an adult thing so I'd go with that.
