Okay when I go to this site this wordpress error page pops up and says this:
"Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down."
So, what exactly does that mean and what can I do to solve this error? Any help on this would be most appreciated. Thanks!!! ^-^

Contact the server Administrator to find the fault infrom him about Error .They Administrator will fix the fault..

That means the web server is mis-configured and can't connect to its own database. There isn't anything you can do but tell the servers admin about it.
