This is my first year playing in a league. I play the rotisserie. My questions are. What is util? How do you score? And someone give me a brief description of this type of league. I can't follow the directions on the sight.

'Util' stands for a "utility" player. Basically, you can play any player regardless of position as the utility player.

In terms of scoring, you score based on your ranking for certain categories compared to the other players. Basic fantasy sports basketball categories are:

FG%
FT%
3 pt made
Points
Rebounds
Assists
Steals
Blocks
Turnovers

Let's say for example you are in a 12-team league. Each category can get you in-between 1 and 12 points, depending on your ranking. If you are ranked 1st in FG%, then you would get 12 points, 2nd place would get 11, and so on. Therefore, the maximum points you can receive at one time is (12*9) = 108 and the least is 9 points (last-place ranking for each category).

This is how a Rotisserie league works

Hope this explanation helps

I truthfully like this alternate considering Ben Gordon had a crappy 12 months final 12 months, and despite the fact that O.J. Mayo has plenty of upside, Bayless has a few too. Reports are pronouncing Bayless will generally begin at factor look after, aka get the ball in his arms plenty. Tayshaun prince is probably not the maximum scorer or rebounder on his workforce, however no less than he is continuously above-traditional on his workforce. I'd do the alternate.
