15 players.. 12 players will put on the playing list, 5 will play at the time, 7 will be the substitutions...

12 players compose a team....
5 players on the court (1 power forward, 2 point guards, 1 center, 1 guard/ dribbler) and the remaining 7 players are subtitute...one of the players is the team captain.... you can have assistant team captain too if you like....
then you need a coach, an assistant coach, a team manager, and of course a waterboy.....
thats all i think!

I suppose uo can have as many plyers on the floor as you want. At the most- I would have to say around 15. Only 5 play on the court @ one time tho.
