Mostly about the same in my experience but a heavily scented candle will burn quicker than normal

I tested that scented candle burn faster.
b'cose they contain a small quantity of volatile matter so that
the scent may be thourghly spreadout

It depends on the wax not the scent.

They both burn the same. If you trim the wick down before burning they last longer.
