I do believe it is under the rearmost interior trim panel aft of the rear seat (possibly driver's side).
If that's not it, try these guys:

G. M. doesn't use this device, AT ALL. It is only Ford products that have this strategy built into them.
Why are you looking for it? Does your little trucklette not have fuel at the engine? Or does it not run? Have you done any diagnostics? Have you retrieved any diagnostic codes?
If you are sure it is fuel related, if you have someone sit in the driver's seat, and turn the key on (but don't start it), if you go to the fuel tank area and listen VERY CLOSELY, as he turns the key ON, do you hear a "hum" from the tank? It will only last for the first 1-1/2 to 2 seconds, so listen close. If you are not sure, turn the key off for > 5 seconds and try again.
Check the fuse for the pump. Check that the relay is energizing.
Good Luck

There is no switch that you can turn on or off. If you don't hear the pump run for about 2 seconds when you turn the key to the run position, you either blew a fuse or the pump is bad. Check your fuses and the fuel pump relay, the relay should click on as soon as you turn the key to the run position then click off in 2 seconds just like the pump. If it doe's this and the pump isn't running at the first click, have someone crank the engine over while you pound on the bottom of the fuel tank with a rubber hammer. If it starts, you still have a bad pump, but at least you have eliminated everything else.

check the fusebox. I think there are 2 fuses for injectors and 1 for the fuel pump.
