You must be new to the internet. You did not experience life on the net during the late 90's - that much is clear.

From a guy that experienced life before integrated pop-up blockers: DO NOT RESEARCH ANY MORE INTO THIS SUBJECT. YOU ARE FINGERING THE LOCK OF PANDORA'S BOX - IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

go to Tools> Pop-up Blocker > turn off pop-up blocker

by pressing on the tool bar. With the right button on your mouse. And pressing allow tool bar!
