i think marinate is the word...but we don't usually serve turkey...coz there's a superstitions in that

Soak it???? No my husband makes the awesome stuff he puts on the turkey and smokes it in a regular Weber BBQ with apple chips...OMG yum i cant wait....

My brother makes the turkey for us and he does a brine soak thing, I think. It is always really good.
