My boyfriend's birthday is coming up, and he wears a size 15 shoe. I wanted to know where I could find a decent selection of shoes in that size. And websites that cater to tall men, that are not fat nor skinny, also at a reasonable rate, as in not $70.00 a shirt.

I usually have good luck find things for my husband at JC Penney, in store or on line. JC Penney has a wide selection of things that come in the specialty sizes for whatever he needs, including size 15 shoes. And they are in the price range you suggested.
