I use bank of america. My husband and I have used them for several years. We have never had any problems with them. Everytime we have gone in to the bank or tried to call someone on the phone we have received the information we needed.

Yes we have been using Bank of America for many years. We have three accounts with them and have never had a problem. Lots of ATMS is very convenient. Every once in a while on busy weekends my closest ATM will run out of money.

I have been to a few branches where tellers were kind of rude. But, normally they are nice. I don't find them having particularly better products than other banks. Just the same. Convenient to have many bank ATMs in many states. Their on-line banking is standard. I think it's somewhat slow and not very straightforward (extra steps). Overall, it's a okay bank.

Yes, they're ok. But trust me, ALL big banks make mistakes, so be ready it will happen, no matter what big bank you go with!! I've worked at 3 of them.
