This is a very good question. But almost all in sg will give you similar answers.
Now, in Singapore, almost zero for these item.
Few years back, I still can see a small number of them.
But in 2006, none at all, being wipe out.
With heavy fine, jail term and very well informed law enforcer make them think twice before starting one.
But still, I think there may be 1 or 2 still around.
And only sell to regular customer or bring in by them.
My advice
If you found one, watch your back before you go in.
You can't use Yahoo to ask question in Changi Prison.

You can sell it inside our Prison Cell at about 5-6 dollars, they is bus,cab that go to Changi Prison, its a resort charlet and hotel.
