there is not a specific style name. it is imperial roman of the beginning of the 4th century. if u consider the decorations u can see that some were recycled from other monuments. these recycled decorations are usually the higher ones, those that cannot be seen clearly from the ground by everyone. those that are closer to the viewer were made at the same time of the arch. these decorations were made following the fashiion of the time, but to our eyes they might now seem much more bidimensional (and thus less beautiful or skilfully made) than the older, out of fashion, higher ones. but in reality in those times fashion was influenced by the pathian (persian) empire, and the art there was basically very very bidimensional. (think of carpets and stuff like that, which is still today the highest point of art in that region)
