if you're a cheerful, smiley, and always-positive person:

1) how do you stay happy all the time?

2) how do you deal with irritating people and keep your composure?

3) most importantly, why are you so damn happy?

1. Just think of all the good in everything.

2. I avoid irritating people and if they cross me I tell them like it is and I either gain them as a good friend or loose them.

3. I am so damn happy because I always think it can be worse so I count my blessings and I can be myself and feel good about it. No regrets.

Ppl cannot stay happy all the time. They won't know what happy is until they've experienced all the other emotions such as sadness, jealousness, blissfulness, etc.

They may seem cheerful, smiley, and always-positive, but they might not be happy on the inside. some ppl get excellent grades, hav great friends, hav a family that loves and cares for them, but they still may not be happy. Those ppl aren't spoiled, they just dont think that their life is full.

1) as i said, ppl cannot be happy ALL the time.

2)i had a backstabbing friend and now she really irratates me. she tries to make me look stupid in front of every one by telling everyone that i'm wierd because i lick off yogurt caps. i ignore her and still be nice to her, and eventually ppl see that she is bad to me even though i am nice to her. they side by me and support me, and now that backstabbing friend stays away from me and my friends, seeing that no one will listen to her.

3) Part of the reason why i am so damn happy is because i am a happy-go-lucky Libra. i love my friends very much, and if i start to hate anyone or anything, i see the good things about them. then i dont h8 them as much. i just try not to deal with them.(this part should've been #2.)

hopefully you will find this a tiny bit helpful. also remember that NO ONE is happy ALL THE TIME. i get mad and jealous sometimes, too.

This is my hubby, he is optimistic and happy all the time.
I am the complete oposite. But by being around him I have gotten better at being optimistic and happy. It rubs off only if you let it.

We are all born with a certain personality and soul sign. The happy go luck have the soul sign of Air. That is what they are born with. Mine is Earth (planner, stratigist). Then there is Fire those that let emotions rule their lives and then Water who can compromise. And Sulpher, the bad among us (evil).

The Air signs are just happy all the time. They can take anything and make it turn positive. They always look to the good side of eveything.

Here are two books I really hope you will read. They have changed my outlook and my life:

Soul Signs by Rosemary Althea
The Luck Factor by Dr Richard Wiseman

Both are phenomonal and will help a person become more optimistic, understand relationships and other people and how they think, and they will help you build luck.

Good Luck

1. I stay happy all the time because i realize how blessed i am in life. I have a wonderful husband, 2 great kids, a nice home and food in the cupboards. What's not to be happy about? It's the simple things in life that matter most and how true that is.

2. I just remind myself that the people in my life that irritate me aren't worth my time or effort to get upset with. Not to say I never get angry, I do, but I quickly get over it and move on. All i have to do to put a smile back on is look at one of my children or hear my husbands voice...and everythings ok again.

3. Refer to number 1--what's not to be happy about? No matter what may go wrong in life, I have a beautiful family full of love--that's the most priceless thing anyone could have.

First there is no person that is always happy , because happiness flourishes from the opposite ,the pain or sadness , so to feel true happiness you have to have felt pain of some sort . Now when we see a seemingly happy person is a state of mind at that moment , to be happy and friendly to others is a personal wish that stems from up bringing and social status , for example a person that has problematic life more than his share ,will have an unhappy attitude towards every body or the usual grouch . One can have difficult life , for example my self I suffer from chronic migraines for the past 40 years , at a rate of 2 out of 3 days with pain , and yet I smile and I "am friendly with every body , and look positive and up beat, because I find my life easier with this attitude .Conclusion you have to want it and work at it .. it is a choice .

1 Think about what your doing for your kids to raise them respectivley, hang around the people that inspire you to do better! make a poitive thing out of something not so positive and people will love it. Think of your glass half full, and NEVER complain or gossip. People do no like those that do! Just thank god everyday, you know this relly sucks but atleast I am not a prisoner of war. I bet they would love love love to trade your positions! Be agrreeable and trustworthy, and give give give weather it be your time, money or clothes

2. Just nod your head to the irritating people and say yes I understand. Just make your talk with them geared in a poitive way which will make them feel better as a peron. ie: I hate the way tiffany is bouncing off the walls all the time. You answer: yes she does have a lot of energy (see you agrree there) But she brings so much fun to th workplace!

3. There are a lot of things to just be thanksful for lke: Not living in Korea or iraq where they treat poeple bad. Thankful that you have a roof over your head. Many people in this world do not have that luxery. Living in a free country, Marrying who you want to marry. Having the choice to celebrate ceratin Holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving with family. More opportinities that people take for granted, like going down to your local free library and sitting down for a good book, then having a starbucks coffee. What a beautiful place we live in and should be happy for and protect this awesome place for many generations to come

1) I'm not.
2) I choose my attitude.... I can't control them or their actions, but I can control my response to them. Why should I allow someone else's irritation become my own? It belongs to them... they have to own it.
3) I look at it this way... I can be happy or be miserable, or be any of the stages in between. I work and function best when I'm not being a miserable *itch. People respond better when I'm not being a miserable *itch. What's the choice? If I'm here, I might as well enjoy living....

1) its much harder to get to where you need to go when you drag your feet. Stand up and march!

2) Find comfort with annoying people in others. "God, she's so annoying" or just simply ignore (best method, not always practical)

3) No comment.
