It's an innate quality they have.

When human babies are breastfeeding they automatically know how to do it. (Whether or not they warm up to Mom is a different story). Or when human babies cry because they are hungry, or tired, or bored...same thing.

Or in human adults...when something scares us automatically our hearts race, our pupils dilate, our digestion slows...all to get us ready to run.

It's just a natural, in-born trait. Kinda like a reflex.

Mostly instict i have read studies somewhere that state babies are born with the instict that if pout under water they will hold their breath i guess the dolphins body would work on that premise also the mother nudges them to the surface till they learn for themselves

If your in the water, you're either going to sink/swim.
You swim or your shark food!

No one trained you to breath when you came out of the womb,
Other than a bit of nasal suction and a smack on the bottom
(perhaps) you started breathing and keep doing it uuntil this moment.

It's basically instinct, but at first the mother pushes them to the surface before they get the hang of it

instinct, why do all babies know to suck for milk? it's all pre-programed instinct.
