Even when I'm not hungry, I want to eat all the time. Is there anything that will make me not want to eat? Any safe, over the counter meds? I'm just not satisfied unless I'm eating, and then I hate myself for doing it. Any good, practical advice is greatly appreciated.

As soon as you realize you are into that munchy mode, eat lots of fruit and veggies and NO dairy products or beef until after your period. If you like cereal have Rice Dream on it. Also get some exercise during this time. You will feel much better and get through it guilt-free!

Well I eat a lot right before my period, and most of it is junk food. I also feel guilty and sometimes I gain weight. So what I do to lose the weight is just excersize after my period. I wouldn't take medication though, side effects can be worse than what you're taking them for and I wouldn't recomend it.

yes most women do over eat during this time. However try health foods like fruits and veggies. I eat lots of fruit and it helps with the cravings of sweets.

particular. i'm getting mine colored each and every from time to time while i circulate in to have it minimize. i attempt to circulate with organic-looking colours, like multiple colorations of brown. One time it got here out dark pink. It regarded ok, in spite of the indisputable fact that it soooo wasn't me! Had it dyed in basic terms final weekend. it incredibly is a medium-dark coloration of brown with some low-lighting fixtures furniture. seems far extra helpful than previously.
