doesn't make sense at all, but I'm the same way. I also seem to be more tired all day when I've had more sleep. I don't get it!

Yes it is. I got up with no problem after only 3.5 hours of sleep but it was hard for me to get up after 8 hours of sleep the next night.

Yeah I feel like that sometimes. And I know lots of people who always sleep about 6 hours like you said. Mostly, I like to get 8 hours. But if I get too much sleep I feel like I'm draggin' the whole day.

I never get a full 4 hours of unbroken sleep. I have found that I get up easier if I went to sleep KNOWING it was a nap, and not supposed to be my allotted time to sleep.

Funny you should mention that because I feel the same way. I asked other people about it and they think I am wierd, but when I get less sleep I tend to be more awake in the morning...

the less sleep I get, the harder it is for me to get up, unless...I'm being totally lazy and just keep drifting off... then I seem to never be able to get up...lol
