Of course, cell phones are a necesity while driving, since life is important. Its crazy how some states/countries ban cell phones while driving, although they are a distraction, they are needed. Soon US is going to ban driving with cell phones due to high death rates, also they will ban bluethooth, since the distraction remains, regardlsss of the "hands free" technology. Its a crazy thought, and people whould have to pull over to talk....

Oh yah all the time. Its illegal in my state but no one cares, we all do it anyway. I recently got a blue tooth because I just dont need the hassle of having to put my phone on my lap when I see a cop car which is what most people do here anyway.(CT)

NO! if I have some place to pull over fine. I got run off of the road by a punk kid fooling with her phone last year while I was riding on my motorcycle. She didn't see me until she was over the white line on my side. Yeeeehhaaaa what a ride.

Sometimes. If my husband calls, I'll answer, but if traffic's bad, I'll tell him I'm busy. Nobody else much calls me on it. I absolutely hate those people who are so busy talking they haven't noticed the light changed, though! I don't talk that long.
