G'day Juana V,

Thank you for your question.

Elizabeth or Elisabeth is the Greek form of the Hebrew Elisheva, meaning "my God is an oath" or perhaps "my God is abundance." mother of John the Baptist in the New Testament.

Fabiola is named after Saint Fabiola who was a Roman matron of the Fabia or Fabii family known for her works for the sick and poor. Fabii or Fabia was the Latin name for the broad bean. This bean is sometimes called the fava bean from the family. The family was a leading patrician or aristocratic family in ancient Rome.

I have attached sources for your reference.

Regards
