why is identity important for a teacher?

A love for the job or an IDEAL of wanting to help kids. Without that, you're just going to end up the bitter old teacher that everyone hates to have.

Name, date of birth, place of birth, finger prints and DNA sample. There has been just too much in the way of abuse reported these days. If you could prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that a person was guilty or not, of a specific incident, it would be a deterrent for crime and false accusations.

It is important to have these safeguards because it is so hard to fire a bad teacher. And more and more bad students are lying about their teachers to get them fired or arrested. More and more we hear of horrible crimes committed by teachers. And we also her of accusations that prove to be false. These safeguards would make easier to prove or disprove guilt.

Not really sure what you mean? Identity with whom or what? Themselves or to others. A teachers identity is very important to me personally, I would want to know who is teaching my kids, I want to know thier backrounds, crimes committed, beliefs, and education are the most important to me Hope this helped, LOL
