i always do! and i kiss up to each job offer personally. think about this, you have no idea if one person is tied to two jobs you're applying for. if they see that you're job seeking and just sending the same application or resume to everything that may be a turn off.

absolutely. your reader only looks at your resume for a few seconds. if you customize your resume to fit the job description you will have a better chance of getting noticed.

yes i do. especially with the cover letter. i was told by the employment office at my college to taylor each cover letter and put in 2-3 things that they say they are looking for. don't use their exact phrasing obviously but it works. also on your resume in the
objective area you should make it job specific.
