By far, jimmy carter. jimmy carter had his head in the sand. but he is the standard for the liberals/democrats today! negotiate sit down to the table and negotiate away ... pleeezze. actually Bobby Kennedy was shot by an Islamic militant Sirhan Sirhan. so they delcared war on us back in the 60's (Johnson was president) just before nixon was elected... they had to wait for Carter to come along before they could act up again..
and in case you don't know the generals on the ground advise the president and he makes the decision based on the information they provide. they make requests and he grants. please. we were loosing the revelotionary war until one pivotal battle, likewise with the civil war, and WWII. please....you don't know what it takes to win a war either..

This is like comparing apples and oranges. Bush is a war-mongering, kill crazy, mentally deficient idiot with less intelligence than a fungus and has no business being president. Carter was a genuinely nice guy who served his country during World War II and was just in over his head. He had no more business being president than Bush does. But, at least Carter was sane which is more than can be said about the madman who's currently president.

Carter is a old man now but he is still out there pounding nails on those houses
Whereas Bush was taken off of bicycle riding after a series of mishaps
Now I'm wondering about that old saying "Like ridding a bike you never forget"

IMHO, Mr. G.W. Bush!
Mr Carter has proven himself to be a humanitarian and has given back to the people more than most other people in general, nevermind past presidents.
Each may have made mistakes during their terms as President of this great country (USA). Thus, proving that they too, are only human.
Anyone of us, serving as leader of the USA, would also make mistakes, likely greater than any of our past or present presidents!
Only time will tell who erred the most and who might have been in the "Top Ten", so to speak.
I (once again) suggest that any and all of our past presidents are only puppets in the BIG picture! When time allows, Google "The Trilateral Commission" without the quotes. These are the folks who are truely in charge of what happens in the world.
The TC are a group of rich folk and bankers who seek to control the world via $$$! You might be surprised to learn of it's members, past and present!

the war we find ourselves fighting now would probably been avoided if bill could have kept his pants on and tended to business.
