i had same problem few days back after 2 years of my delivery. I consulted my gynecologist and she said that it is perfectly normal sign. It happens because of harmonial imbalance. She suggested me some vitamin tablets for one month. Some of my friends also had same problem (after delivery). Increased body temparature might be one of the reasons. Also check the time when it happens maybe 4-5 days before period body shows changes.
If you are unmarried, I advise you to talk to your mom and also consult gynecologist.
