Well, there must be some reason he is your ex. And if you broke up it is meant to be. He's probally moved on by now, and it would be better for you to move on aswell. There is plenty of fish in the sea. And you should go out and experiance life. Your perfect guy is out there waiting for you, and how will you meet him if your too busy crying over an ex who doesn't want to be with you. It's hard at first, but you will eventually move on. No guy is worth crying over, because the guy you should be with wouldn't make you cry.

i have been in this situation before but the other way around with my girlfriend. all i did to get through the hard times was to ask her if we could still hang out like friend becuase i rather have a friend thatn lose somone all together. so i look at it this way if the person has some kind of feelins for you in a personal way they should do this becuase they can understand were yiou are coming from when you ask them this. so just keep in touch and get out with friends and try to keep you mind off him and just let loose and have a good time dont worry it will be ok.

Okay, first of all, get over him. So you've cried, So what? He's apparently over you, so move on. If he's not over you, then you will end up back together with him. I know how you feel because I've been in the same situation. BUT I GOT OVER IT. You will meet other people and this one person obviously wasn't worth your time. You should never base your entire life and happiness on one person. EVER. They will ALWAYS end up hurting you in one way or another. Guy or girl.

get a new life with you as the center. You are the only one that will ALWAYS be with you so you better start taking care of yourself and forget the fool that doesn't appreciate who you are. yes its lonely and yes its hard but you will get through this and not with a new bf or by getting trashed-do it with self respect and show this guy just how much he lost!

i understand how you feel. most people experience break-ups... it's normal to cry... but if he has moved on, you should too...it takes time to forget someone so it's normal that you feel like you still like him. give yourself opportunities to know more friends, and you might just find the love of your life.... take your time to forget him!! he was your life.. but he is not your life now!! lead your own life okie?? and enjoy it!!!
cheers!!

I'd say, cry all you want. It will help with the grief, then get on with life and find someone else to occupy your time.
