You need In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), which will produce what is known as a "test-tube baby".

x_southernbelle's answer is incorrect, Artificial Insemination is only for women who still have their tubes intact, because it is still dependent upon your eggs getting to your uterus on their own, where the sperm that is inseminated into you can fertilize it.

Although you have no fallopian tubes, and therefore no way for an egg to get into the uterus to be fertilized, since you have ovaries you can ovulate. You can't get pregnant the old fashioned way, but an infertility clinic can harvest some of your eggs, mix them with your husband's sperm, grow embryos and get them into your uterus when they will hopefully implant and become a (or more than one) fetus.

Only through Artificial Insemination. That's where they get your husband to ...give some of his semen while at the Dr's office... and they put it up you kinda like you were getting a pap done.

When I got preg after a miscarriage I had a tubal that burst so they had to remove it. I had them tie the other one. I was 29. At 45 I had a total hysterectomy.

I would think if your fallopian tubes were removed that you wouldn't be able to get pregnant.when women dont want to have kids anymore, they have there tubes tied.so if you didnt have any tubes you couldnt have a baby.then again im not a doctor.

No, without F-tubes the egg cannot travel from the ovaries to the womb. You are sterile.

No you can't. You can have artificial insemination though. Talk to a OB/GYN about this.
