I'm watching Friends right now-- episode where Phoebe is an extra on Joey's acting set.. and the director looks a little like Howie Mandel. I know this is a stupid question, but my husband and i have 20 dollars on it haha... Can anyone tell me if it is him or not? Thanks..

no, not him....seen the episode several times. if it were howie mandel, he'd have had more of an integral role in the episode, because most celebrities of that renown can't get away without roles of substance or at least cameos, acknoweldging their identity as a celebrity.
