I have Gothic1 and 2. Gothic 3 is set to hit the stores in the USA this month. I have read the european reviews and they say it's a Great Game but even on fast pc's with a lot of memory, it is buggy. Taking a lot of time to load the scenes and losing your saved games at times because of not having enough memory. Can anyone tell me the best computer for intense gameplaying like the gothic 3 game?

I'd recommend a higher end Alienware or similar system. Nothing on the market will choke those. Unless of course, the program is so poorly written as to be unplayable or has bad memory leaks. Which, according to what I can find, covers Gothic 3 to a T. People with 2+ gigs of memory on a high end dual core system are experiencing the memory problems you mentioned on a regular basis. Personally, I'd wait until the game is patched to get it.

Possibly a very advanced computer such as one available from Alienware. You will most likely need 2 gb RAM at least and a intel duo processor would help a lot. Having an Nvidia video card such as the 7800 would be great especially if you had two of them running side by side. The quad SLI graphics would provide the best situation but that can get very expensive and you would surely have to buy pretty advanced cooling.
