Both of the above answers are correct -- but you've actually hit upon one of the fish that has numerous common names out there.

They are known as the blue tang, the Pacific blue tang (there is an Atlantic blue tang, too -- different fish), the Palette tang, the morpho tang, the blue morpho tang, the flagtail tang, the cloud tang, the hippo tang, the regal tang, the hepatus tang, and on and on.

The scientific name for this fish is Paracanthurus hepatus -- when I worked in the industry, I always called it a Hepatus tang to avoid as much confusion as possible, but there are plenty of ways to call the fish.

Dori is a Palette Surgeonfish AKA Pacific Blue Tang.

it is rather extraordinary cuz im staring at that genuine now on my transportable DV participant... buit uhmm anyhow....... Nemo is a ocellaris clown fish and Dori is a blue hepatus tang. my community zoo creatures has a fish tank rperesnting looking nemo

Regal Tang, Hippo Tang, Pacific Blue Tang, Palette Tang. Those are various common names. The scientific name is Paracanthurus hepatus. A delighful fish. I have had one for five years in my aquarium. It is a great aquarium fish although mine does not talk.
