My friends who speak spanish told me a while ago, but I want to make sure I still know what it really means!!!!!!

Actually it is old slang that means he doesn't care, he doesn't give a dime, he doesn't give a..... you get the idea. It's a crude and vulgar way of saying he is not interested in whatever he/you were talking about.

"To me it's worth penis" is a rough translation, since i took spanish i think it means something more along the lines of "i value rod" or "i value penis", maybe even "Penis is worth it to me."
