You should get rid of Reggie Williams. There is QB shuffling going on in Jacksonville and Williams is inconsistent at best. Terry Glenn was Bledsoe's favorite target and his numbers may suffer with Romo in, but he should still be better than Williams. Another option to consider would be an attempt to trade Glenn while his value is still relatively high.

I think Romo will find Glenn sooner or later. I dont know what Jacksonville is doing with their offense, it is so inconsistant and with that said, drop Reggie Williams.
