That is a loaded question. So many possibilities, but it sounds like depression. It sounds like you may be a bit overworked and stressed. If you don't know why you are going to school, perhaps it is time to take a sabbatical for a year. Then maybe you can find a real job that pays some real money and take some time to relax and unwind.
Vigorous exercise is good for depression, too.
Because I don't know you or anything about your life, I really can't make any other suggestions.
Good luck.

If I had it to do over again, I would have picked some type of occupation that I was interested in, and that was a good paying job, then you really don't need anyone in your life if things should go wrong. You never know today if a marriage will last or not, or if you end up alone in life, and need to be able to support yourself! Find a occupation that your desire, or get some enjoyment from or satisfaction, and go full speed into it!!! I just wish I would have!! When it comes to friends, they will come in time when you least expect them. You acquire friends through life at the most unexpected times, so hang in there and things will go just fine, but sometimes you need to give yourself a little push for YOUR own good!!

certain, you would properly be burnt out, or sickening for some thing, ('flu, as an social gathering, yet do not imagine your self into being ill, that's in hardship-free words a chance); or it would properly be that you in hardship-free words elect to quickly ahead to Christmas. Little rewards are a strong concept, distinctly if there are different belongings you'll incredibly be doing. when you're in touch about getting components wrapped & playing cards written, get that out of how, then you actually will be able to concentration. in case you'll incredibly be making decorations, enable that be your rewards - e.g. 1/2 an hour's revision, or studying 20 new French words, earns you the time to diminish out those stars. Getting Henry VIII's different halves looked after out earns you the time to sparkle them & carry them up.

Sounds like you do not lack motivation, as per what you described your life as being. Sounds like you are in a rut and need something to be motivated about is all.

There are three ingredients that we must look for in order to be motivated in a career. What are your talents? What are you passionate about? Is the salary desirable? Find what meets these and you will be motivated.
