Sometimes they act like they enjoy your company, and other times they can just ignore you. I have a daughter in law like that! She can be very nice when shes in a good mood, which isn't very often, or she can be very distant and unfriendly! I don't understand where those people are coming from. If I like someone, I'm nice to them, its not fair to them to be 2 faced. I like people to be honest with me, and I with them!

Janus, was a Roman god always represented with a double face.
The two faced representation stood for ie; beginning and end, peace and war, young and old...etc.
However, to answer your question I would say a two faced person is a hypocrite.

Two faced means they act one way to your face and another one behind your back, pretty much a back stabber.

Says one thing and does another.
Is friendly to your face, but says things about you behind your back.
