Ok. You wanted sad rockish songs, but the saddest song of ALL time is a country song called "He Stopped Loving Her Today" by George Jones.

"Poison Oak" - Bright Eyes
"Breathe No More" - Evanescence (Although, it's not a sad LOVE song, really)
"Black Balloon" - Goo Goo Dolls
"One Thing" - Finger Eleven (well... depends on how you look at it; it could be a sad song to some, but a thought-provoking song to others)

"Good Day" - the Dresden Dolls (anti-sad song; spiteful, actually)

well the song alive with the glory of love by and emo rock band say anything is about world war 2 nd it makes u wanna cry but i cry alot cuz my family actually lived through it if not i wudent be alive u shud look it up it really makes ppl sad even tho it seems lyk it probably wouldntt...trust me it does
