how does PayPal work?

how do they bill you, i am a little confused on everything any help would be appreciated

It is very good and very safe. There are three ways to use PayPal.
1)Transfer money ( a lump sum) from your bank account into a PayPal account. What money you don't use earns 5.% interest.
2) Can use a credit card.
3) Can get instant transfers out of your bank account.
These choices all pay for the item you have purchase. Paypal covers you up to $1,000.00 free insurance on the items you bought.

No I don't work for PayPal (ha ha) but I use eBay a lot for almost everything I buy.

You have to register with your credit card. Then if you want to purchase something or pay for an auction that using Paypal service, the site will ask you to login with your Paypal account, confirm your transaction, and then Paypal charged your credit card.
Paypal has been considered as the easiest payment way for many commercial sites.

From a sellers point of view, you get an account with pay pal. Then you create buttons using their tools. The button code contains all the variables dealing with your item for sale. Price, quantity, description, shipping options, you know the drill.... When the user pays the money shows up in your account, and you are notified by email where and how to ship the item.

Are you setting up a seller account or a buyer account? Go to the website and they will help you set up the account. Just follow the instructions. It isn't hard and they are very good as far as security is concerned.
