I have no option to stay so please no recommendations on student loans, it's actually to pursue something else in my life. I just want to know if I'm still applicable and valid in the UCAS system next year or if there's anything I have to do. Cheers

Once you are enrolled, your record stays at the college until you request it be transferred. You can return any time. If too much time has elapsed, your record will go "inactive." In such cases, you will have to visit the administrations office and ask them to reactivate it.

All of the credit you earned thus far will still be there.

The best thing you can do is to visit the college and talk it over with the counselors, and make your intent clear.

Don't worry, it happens all the time. Students return after decades of inactivity. Just be aware though, longer you wait, more difficult it will be, and even if your credit is still valid, you may end up in a situation that it is to your benefit to repeat the class you already took.

In state of Florida, if you passed the course with B or better, you will actually have to petition to be allowed to repeat it. (which is usually granted for sufficient cause) You will want to talk about this with your counselor. (it may be different in your state)
