This girl i met one night got me really drunk an took advantage of me. 4 Months ago. She end up taking me home with her that night and got me to have sex with her. (yes i was wearing a condom)she's only just told me that she's pregnant an that im the father. I dont even know this girl anymore? What can i do? im alittle worryed about his whole thing! i dont want to be with her. i dont even like this girl. she is a mean person for what she has done! i dont want anything to even do with this girl. will i have to help out? what can i do?

I would not sweat it until the child is born, and it is highly likely that she is not telling you the truth. Distance yourself and only have conversations with her if it has something to do with your child. If a baby is born, then suck it up and have a DNA test done to prove if you are or not the father. If you are then be a man and pay child support and love your child the way you should, this however does not mean that you have to be WITH the mother, just be there for your baby. Take a chill pill and WAIT, not worth sweating it for at least nine more months. And go ahead and party while you can and have fun, cause if you are gonna be a daddy all the stupid stuff will have to stop. Hope this helps

First do not panic about this at all. If she claims that you are the father, then you need to take a paternity test when the baby is born. If you do not want to have anything to do with her, and SHE took advantage of you, then you should sign your rights away, only if you are the father. But if you wanted to take care of your child then great, just keep your contact with the mother limited. Also, tell the court of how the situation went with honesty. State your feelings of course, and also tell her how you feel. Since you say you do not want to have anything to do with this girl, then ask her to give the baby away or have an abortion because whether you like it or not, if the baby is yours, it is your obligation to take care of him or her.

YOu need to tell her that you are not the fathert until you talk the test, and how could you be the father if you were wearing a condom? Anyway you need to get it straight with her because she could just be trying to get you to be the father when its really not you so you really need to go take the TEST and quick before you end up with a child that is not even yours.

Thats an easy case, its in a lot of situations the guy took income of the girl and the guy does not want something to do with baby. sure, if its your baby you've each and every criminal correct to be there for the toddler. Get the DNA attempt to teach it, in case you are able to teach shes a nasty mom and also you a more effective perfect father, theres a chance that you'll get finished custody too, LOL

First thing I would do is get a Paternity Test to see if it is even yours, chances are if this is how she behaves, you weren't the first. Plus you said you wore a condom so assuming it didn't break you should be ok. Get the test done before stressing too much!

Well i really don't know what to say, but if she has the child u don't have 2 have anything 2 do with her. But u need to help raise the child. Remember the child did not ask for this either. I wish u the best, really, and hope everything goes ok.

Insist on a paternity test when the child is born. If it turns out to be yours either pay child support or see if you can get custody of the baby. Or you can just walk away. Good luck.

sweetie, all u can do is when the baby is born get a paternity test. If it's yours well...congradulations. You dont necessarily have to be wit your babymama...but now u gon get the chance to get to know her. She got your child inside her, so dont be a punk...respect her like she has your kid till u find out otherwise. Good luck.
